Frequently asked questions
What level of skill is required?
Retreat workshops are divided into 2 groups: beginners and advanced. For the beginner group, you need to be comfortable with the basics which includes locking your feet and hands, inverting, and being able to climb a few times.
How can I prepare for the retreat?
Aerial conditioning at home is the best way to build strength and flexibility at home. Condition regularly to be fully prepared to conquer new skills and make the most of your aerial experiences.
Can I bring a friend who will not participate in trainings?
Sure, of course you can bring a +1. If your friend is not participating in aerial workshops, the training price can be deducted from the total.
Are there vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options?
Yes! We do our best to accommodate all allergies and preferences. Please indicate this during your registration.
What is the refund policy?
Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. To accommodate our customers, we have the following cancellation and refund policy:
☛ Cancellation 3 Months Before the Camp
Full refund, minus a $60 administration fee.
☛ Cancellation 2 months before
80% of the total amount will be refunded.
☛ Cancellation 1 month before
50% of the total amount will be refunded.
☛ Cancellation less than 1 month before
Unfortunately, no refunds are available for cancellations made less than one month before the camp.
However, 40% of the deposit can be transferred to a future retreat.
