Aerial Arts Gear & Rigging Warranty

Your Orbsoul product is covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials under normal, intended use.

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, lack of regular inspection or failure to adhere to the instructions for use
• Alterations, modifications, or repairs made by anyone other than Orbsoul or an authorized partner
• Accidental damage, drops, or impacts
• Normal wear and tear or the natural breakdown of materials over time
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect the product’s performance or safety

If you believe your product is eligible for warranty service, please contact support@orbsoul.com with your order number or fill out the warranty request form below. We’ll review your claim and, if approved, provide repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.

Balance Board Limited Lifetime Promise

Your warranty covers defects in workmanship or materials for the lifetime of the product, defined as five (5) years from the original date of purchase.

This warranty applies under normal use conditions and covers manufacturing defects that affect the structural integrity or performance of the board.

It does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper use, care, or storage
  
• Alterations, modifications, or repairs made by third parties
  
• Accidental damage or impact
  
• Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, or surface wear
  
• The natural breakdown of materials over time due to normal use
  

The determination of warranty eligibility and repair or replacement options will be made at Orbsoul’s discretion based on product inspection.

Assumption of Risk & User Responsibility

Aerial arts involve inherent risks that require proper setup, inspection, and training. By purchasing and using Orbsoul aerial equipment, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to take full responsibility for your safety and the safety of anyone using the equipment under your supervision.

It is the user’s responsibility to ensure:

• All rigging points, structures, and installations are rated, inspected, and approved by qualified professionals.
  
• All equipment is visually inspected before, during, and after each use for signs of wear, damage, or overloading.
  
• Any product showing signs of wear, improper use, or exposure to excessive load is immediately retired and not used further.
  

Orbsoul Ltd. is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow proper aerial safety practices.

Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orbsoul Ltd.’s total liability under this warranty or otherwise arising from the purchase or use of its products shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

Orbsoul shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of income, studio downtime, or other commercial losses arising from the use or inability to use the equipment.

Orbsoul Ltd. shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, labor disputes, government actions, supply chain interruptions, or transportation delays (force majeure events).

Regional Legal Compliance

This warranty policy is designed to align with applicable consumer protection laws in all regions where Orbsoul products are sold, including Canada, the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, and the United Arab Emirates.

In regions where consumer protection laws provide additional rights or remedies, those statutory rights will apply in addition to, and not in replacement of, this warranty.

For European Union and United Kingdom customers, this warranty operates in accordance with local consumer rights legislation, including the Consumer Rights Directive (EU) and Consumer Rights Act (UK).

EU & UK Statutory Consumer Rights

In addition to Orbsoul’s limited warranty, customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom are entitled to statutory consumer rights under local law.

Orbsoul’s warranty operates in addition to, and does not limit or replace, these rights.
