What about taxes and duties?
Our shipping is all-inclusive, meaning there are no surprise fees on delivery. All applicable taxes and duties are included in your order total at checkout. Every order ships Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).

Damaged Packaged
We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact support@orbsoul.com so that we can get you sorted.
Lost Package
Our team personally reviews every case and will make it right — whether that means locating your package, sending a replacement, or arranging a quick resolution. Your order is fully protected from loss during transit, and we’re here to make sure it reaches you safely.
Cancelations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. After 24 hours, or once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
