1. Orbsoul’s Limited Role
Orbsoul Ltd. ("Orbsoul") acts solely as a promotional directory and lead generator. The contact form provided on this website is offered strictly as a courtesy to connect prospective attendees with independent Event Hosts. Orbsoul is not a host, sponsor, co-sponsor, organizer, or operator of this event.

2. Independent Event Operation
All events, camps, workshops, and classes advertised through this directory are 100% independently hosted, operated, managed, and supervised by the respective Event Host. The Event Host is solely responsible for all aspects of the event, including but not limited to curriculum, safety protocols, equipment rigging and maintenance, venue security, and attendee supervision.

3. Financial Transactions & Disputes
Orbsoul is not a party to any financial transaction related to this event. Any fees, ticket purchases, deposits, or refunds are handled strictly and directly between you (the attendee) and the independent Event Host. Orbsoul assumes no responsibility for financial disputes, cancellations, refunds, or unmet expectations, and any such issues must be resolved directly with the Event Host.

4. Inherent Risks of Aerial Arts
You acknowledge that participating in aerial arts, acrobatics, and related physical activities involves significant inherent risks, including but not limited to severe physical injury, paralysis, or death. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation in this independently operated event.

5. Complete Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you unconditionally release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Orbsoul Ltd., its owners, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, lawsuits, or causes of action of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, claims for personal injury, property damage, or financial loss arising directly or indirectly from your use of this website to contact the Event Host, your attendance at the event, or your use of any equipment during the event.
